The General Prosecution announced on May 13 that the Anti-Corruption Court ruled last week to approve its motion seeking to recover nearly 100,000 USD in unpaid taxes from an individual.
The tax evasion lawsuit was filed by the Department of Protection of State Interests of the General Prosecution in July 2024.
Over 39 million drams, equaling nearly 100,000 dollars, will be confiscated from the individual to the state.
