Georgian ambassador highlights historic high level of ties with Armenia

The relations between Armenia and Georgia are on a historic high level, the Georgian Ambassador to Armenia George Sharvashidze has said.

The Ambassador commented on the Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili’s visit to Armenia.

He said that the Georgian President has a rich agenda during the trip and meetings are expected with President Khachaturyan, Prime Minister Pashinyan, as well as Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan, according to Sputnik Georgia.

“The relations between Armenia and Georgia are truly on a historic maximum,” the Ambassador said, according to Sputnik Georgia.

Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan met with Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili on April 29.
