Deepening relations with the EU on the path to reforms could serve as a very good incentive, Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal said at a joint press conference with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Armenpress correspondent has reported from Estonia.
"Armenia has taken a considerable number of steps, particularly to reduce Russian influence, and has made decisions related to border protection. These are well-considered choices, and I believe they are principled decisions," said the Estonian Prime Minister.
He emphasized that Estonia is ready to assist Armenia on this path, particularly by sharing its extensive and successful experience in the digital sphere, as well as the significant reforms it has carried out in the justice sector.
"These reforms are aimed at improving the quality of people’s lives. I strongly support this approach," Michal added.
