China’s new ambassador to Armenia presents copy of credentials to Deputy FM

China’s new ambassador to Armenia Li Xinwei presented on Monday the copy of his credentials to Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan.
Safaryan congratulated the newly appointed Ambassador on taking office and wished productive work for further developing the bilateral ties, expressing readiness to provide every support, the Armenian foreign ministry said in a readout.
The sides were pleased to note the dynamically developing Armenia-China ties ever since the establishment of diplomatic relations, highlighting the historically developed friendship between the two peoples.
Both sides attached importance to encouraging multisectoral cooperation and intensifying political dialogue between the two countries.
They also exchanged views around regional developments and other issues of mutual interest.
