Armenian Ambassador attends Green Growth Summit in Hanoi

On April 16, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Vietnam, Suren Baghdasaryan, participated in the opening session and high-level forum of the Fourth Summit of the Partnership for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030 (P4G), organized by the Vietnam' government in Hanoi, the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Vietnam said in a statement.

“This significant event brought together leaders from governments, businesses, and civil society around the world, promoting inclusive green growth and climate action through innovative public-private partnerships,” the embassy noted.

During the Hanoi summit, participants discussed transformative solutions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Agreement.

Key sectors addressed at the summit included renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, water and urban sustainability, the circular economy, and climate finance.

P4G, the Partnership for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030, is a global initiative that brings together countries, businesses, and civil society organizations to promote leading partnerships that ensure inclusive and sustainable development.
