2025 IIHF World Championship Division IV: Armenia defeats Malaysia

Armenia defeated Malaysia 24:3 (9–1, 4–1, 11–1) in the first match of the 2025 IIHF World Championship Division IV international ice hockey tournament in Yerevan.

Indonesia won 2:1 (1–0, 0–1, 1–0) against Iran, while Uzbekistan defeated Kuwait 13:3 (0–4, 2–5, 1–4).

Armenia will face Uzbekistan in the second round on April 14.
