Reform process discussed by top brass

Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan has chaired a meeting of the defense ministry’s collegium to discuss reforms. 

The ministry of defense said in a press release that the top military officials discussed “several issues pertaining to the process of initiating legislative changes stemming from the concept of the transformation of the armed forces.”
