Foreign Minister Mirzoyan holds phone call with Russia's Lavrov

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a telephone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

In a post on X, Mirzoyan noted that he discussed the upcoming bilateral political dialogue with Lavrov.

 "I congratulated him on his birthday," Mirzoyan posted.
