The Armenian national football team lost 3-0 to Georgia in the UEFA Nations League play-offs at Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium.
By the middle of the first half, the Georgian team had gained control of the game.
The visitors took the lead in the 32nd minute, with Giorgi Kochorashvili finding the net. Just four minutes later, Georges Mikautadze doubled their advantage with a quick counterattack. At the start of the second half, taking advantage of an Armenian defensive error, Georgia launched another counterattack, and Mikautadze secured his brace with the team’s third goal.
The second match between the teams will take place on March 23 in Tbilisi.
