Diplomatic School of Armenia and Rio Branco Institute of Brazil sign a Memorandum of Understanding

On the sidelines of the official visit of Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan to the Federative Republic of Brazil, FM Mirzoyan and Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Diplomatic School of Armenia and the Rio Branco Institute of Brazil, the Armenian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
