Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister meets State Secretary for Foreign and Global Affairs of Spain's Council of Ministers

On March 8 in New Delhi, within the sidelines of the “Raisina Dialogue 2025” conference, Vahan Kostanyan, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, met with Diego Martínez Belío, the State Secretary for Foreign and Global Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Spain, the foreign ministry said in a statement.

The interlocutors discussed a wide range of issues on the bilateral agenda.

Deputy Foreign Minister briefed on the positive reactions of international actors regarding the finalisation of the draft of the "Agreement on Peace and Establishment of Interstate Relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan", and emphasized the importance of the presence of trust-building mechanisms in the context of establishing lasting peace in the region.
