Russia’s top senator to meet Erdogan in Istanbul

Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Valentina Matviyenko, who is currently in Turkiye, will have a meeting with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

The press service of the Federation Council said the meeting will take place in Istanbul.

“Valentina Matviyenko’s meeting with Recep Tayyip Erdogan is planned in Istanbul,” the press service said.

Matviyenko is on a visit to Turkiye February 26-27.
