Armenia Security Council Chief chairs meeting on national security strategy review

The first session of the interdepartmental commission for coordinating the review of the national security strategy of the Republic of Armenia held on Wednesday.

 The meeting was chaired by Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan.

According to Grigoryan’s office, the meeting focused on discussing the conceptual framework for the review of the National Security Strategy, during which various proposals and observations were presented.

To enhance the effectiveness of the activities, an agreement was reached to establish comprehensive working groups within the departments.

The working procedures of the interdepartmental commission were also approved during the session.
