Russia-US talks kick off in Riyadh

High-level Russian-US talks have kicked off in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh, TASS reports. The meeting started without handshakes in the presence of the press.
From the Russian side, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Kremlin Aide Yury Ushakov are at the negotiating table. Opposite them are three US negotiators: President Donald Trump's national security advisor Mike Waltz, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the US leader's special envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff.
Representatives of Saudi Arabia sit at the head of the table. CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Kirill Dmitriev is also present.
