War in Ukraine to end if Kyiv signs agreement with Washington on minerals - U.S. Republican Senator

On the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, U.S. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham announced that the war in Ukraine would end if Kyiv signs an agreement with Washington on Ukrainian minerals.

"There must be guarantees that Putin will never attack again," Graham said, emphasizing that the U.S. should not allow a situation like the one in Afghanistan to arise in Ukraine. The senator also called for continued military support for Ukraine, including the supply of weapons.

 "This war will end if we sign an agreement on Ukrainian minerals," Graham added.
