100% of International Radio Network CJSC shares transferred to Armenia

100% of the shares of "International Radio Network" CJSC, the owner of "Radio" CJSC, were transferred to the Republic of Armenia on February 12, 2025, the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced on Facebook.
'"Radio" CJSC (known for its Noratus antennas, which are of strategic importance) was stolen from the Republic of Armenia in 2010. An assessment conducted that year valued the company at 1 billion 755 million drams. With the full transfer of shares of its parent company, "International Radio Network" CJSC, on February 12, 2025, the company has now been returned to the Republic of Armenia,'' the PM has said.
