Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin has said that Moscow has officially invited Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to attend the upcoming Victory Day celebrations in Moscow.

“In a few months, Russians, along with the peoples of the former Soviet Union, will jointly celebrate the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War,” Kopyrkin told RIA Novosti news agency. “An official invitation has been sent to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to participate in the upcoming solemn events in Moscow.”
