Armenia extends condolences regarding plane crash near Washington D.C.

The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has extended condolences to the United States on the deadly midair collision involving an American Airlines jet and a U.S. military helicopter near Washington, D.C.

“Deeply saddened by the tragic plane crash near Washington, D.C., which claimed many lives. Our deepest condolences & words of solace to the families & loved ones of the victims. Armenia stands in solidarity with the people of the United States,” the foreign ministry said in a post on X.
