Armenpress news agency and AWE Consulting, the representative of Kotler Impact in CIS countries, have signed a memorandum of cooperation.
Within the framework of the memorandum the success story of Armenpress will be included in the Essentials of Modern Marketing: Armenia Edition by marketing author, professor Philip Kotler.
Mary Grigoryan, the Armenia partner of AWE Consulting, said that Armenpress has significant reputation and impact both domestically and internationally.
“It is a great honor for us that none other than Armenpress is entrusted with the full coverage of this project. We are sure that together we will be able to create the kind of a textbook that will allow our students and experts to gain international standard marketing knowledge, moreover in Armenian language and localized examples,” Grigoryan told Armenpress.
Armenpress CEO Narine Nazaryan emphasized the complementary nature of the media and marketing in the modern world. She said that neither of the two can succeed without one another.
“From this perspective I attach great importance to the cooperation between Armenpress and AWE Consulting, the representative of Kotler Impact, which has an interesting initiative to bring the innovative, modern marketing approaches of the world to Armenia and to publish a work that will present the marketing stories of successful Armenian companies. It is also highly important to convey it to the younger generation, who will obtain knowledge from these success stories, and the sequence of steps aimed at solving tasks, and will be able to apply it in their daily and future work,” Nazaryan said.
The Armenpress CEO added that the news agency has been covering the project since its inception in order to raise awareness.
Essentials of Modern Marketing is the latest global initiative by Philip Kotler and Kotler Impact, which has been presented in over 50 countries, including Armenia.
The Essentials of Modern Marketing: Armenia Edition will be published in 2025 in Armenian and English versions.
