The Russian Foreign Ministry has provided details of the upcoming meeting between Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, scheduled for January 21 in Moscow.
According to the ministry’s statement, the foreign ministers will discuss the full range of Russian-Armenian relations, cooperation within the EAEU and other integration associations in the Eurasian space, as well as current global issues.
The situation in the South Caucasus, with the aim of achieving a balanced settlement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, will be a key focus of the meeting. “We hope that the upcoming meeting will be constructive, contribute to advancing practical issues of cooperation, and strengthen security and stability in the Transcaucasus,” the statement reads.
