Armenian Foreign Ministry extends condolences over China earthquake

YEREVAN, JANUARY 8, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian Foreign Ministry has extended condolences to China over the deadly earthquake in Tibet. 

“Deeply saddened to hear of the earthquake that struck China, resulting in the loss of lives & causing devastation. We express condolences to the families of the victims & prayers for the fast recovery of the injured,” the foreign ministry said in a post on X.

A powerful 6,8 magnitude earthquake struck a remote region of Tibet on Tuesday morning. Over 100 people were killed.
