Meeting between Parliament Speaker and relatives of missing servicemen concludes

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS. The meeting between Armenian Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan and the parents and relatives of missing servicemen has concluded in the National Assembly. Movses Harutyunyan, the Press Secretary of the Speaker, provided no additional details about the meeting but mentioned that Baghramyan Avenue has been reopened.

On December 27, the parents of missing servicemen blocked Baghramyan Avenue, demanding a meeting with  National Assembly deputy and Chairman of the investigative commission examining the circumstances of the 44-day war Andranik Kocharyan. They stated that they had been trying to meet with Kocharyan for a long time but had not received a positive response.
