YEREVAN, DECEMBER 25, ARMENPRESS. Armenia plans to issue Eurobonds in 2025, finance minister Vahe Hovhannisyan has said.
“Our mid-term debt strategy says that we are going to issue Eurobond in 2025. I am happy to say that we have greatly reduced the risk of refinancing, because last year we bought back a part of the Eurobond with maturity in 2025, meaning, we have significantly mitigated the burden that we have to pay next year. Armenia plans to take that path, preparations are underway. We will notify on timeframes,” Hovhannisyan said.
