Yerevan to have new 30-hectare urban park

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. Yerevan City Hall is developing a new urban park in the city.

The 30-hectare urban park, featuring sports venues and an eco-café, will be located along Myasnikyan Avenue, stretching towards Lvovyan Street.

The project was discussed at the City Hall meeting on Monday.

Officials said some demolition work has already been carried out in the area and the work will resume after approval of the project.

Construction will take two years.
