Armenia committed to working with partners for genocide prevention – Deputy FM

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 13, ARMENPRESS. Armenia has a clear commitment to work with its partners in the direction of genocide prevention, Deputy FM Vahan Kostanyan said at the 5th Global Forum Against the Crime of Genocide.

“When we are talking about political will, national, regional and international level, we are talking about how we can impact political level and political decisions, I believe that despite the existing problems and challenges, and despite the fact that we don’t have much success in this issue, nevertheless we must continue to work in this direction,” Kostanyan said.

“Armenia has a clear commitment to work with its partners in the direction of genocide prevention. At the 5th Global Forum Against the Crime of Genocide we have participants who have worked in the direction of genocide prevention, despite all challenges and everything that the international community, including Armenia, faced during the past several years,” he added.
