YEREVAN, DECEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS. Within the framework of the OSCE Ministerial Conference in Malta, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan on Wednesday met with Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili.
According to the Armenian Foreign Ministry, the parties reaffirmed their commitment to actively collaborate in the areas outlined by the strategic partnership declared between the two countries in January 2024, aimed at ensuring the well-being of their peoples and stability in the region.
According to the source, Ararat Mirzoyan and Maka Botchorishvili exchanged views on cooperation with the European Union. Minister Mirzoyan outlined the steps being taken to develop a new agenda for the Armenia-EU partnership.
The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Georgia also discussed regional issues. Minister Mirzoyan presented the latest developments in the process of normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan and emphasized Armenia's readiness to complete the work on agreeing and signing a bilateral agreement without unnecessary delays.
