Armenia’s absence characterizes the CSTO itself, Lukashenko says at bloc’s summit

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 28, ARMENPRESS. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has said that Armenia’s absence in the CSTO summit characterizes the current geopolitical situation in the region and also the CSTO itself.

“Today I have the honor to be the first to deliver a speech, because our Armenian partners are not participating in the session. This, by the way, characterizes the current geopolitical situation in the region and to some extent also our organization,” BelTA news agency quoted Lukashenko as saying at the CSTO summit in Astana.
