Russia and Armenia agree in principle on opening consulate in Kapan - Zakharova

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS. The issue of opening a Russian consulate in Armenia's Kapan has been agreed upon in principle with the Armenian authorities, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated during a weekly press conference on November 27.

Commenting on the latest developments, Zakharova noted that the Russian side is now awaiting a final response from the Armenian authorities, as the Russian Foreign Ministry has already sent the relevant documents.
