President Vahagn Khachaturyan makes new appointments of senior military officials

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS. By decrees of Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, several high-ranking military officials have been appointed to new positions on November 27.
According to the Presidential Office, Colonel Levon Davidyan has been appointed Commander of Armenia's Special Forces, Major General Alexander Tsakanyan has been appointed First Deputy Chief of the Operational Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Colonel Simon Nazaryan has been appointed Commander of the 3rd Army Corps, Colonel Gagik Poghosyan has been appointed Commander of the 5th Army Corps, and Major General Albert Baghdadyan has been appointed Head of the National Defense Research University of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
These appointments were made based on the recommendations of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.
