Armenian Speaker of Parliament receives newly appointed Ambassador of Germany to Armenia

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS. On November 27, the Armenian National Assembly President Alen Simonyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Armenia Claudia Busch, the Parliament stated in a press release.
Congratulating the newly appointed Ambassador on the assumption of her diplomatic service in Armenia, Simonyan wished her success in that important mission, noting that as NA President, he is ready to provide the necessary assistance in initiatives aimed at developing Armenian-German relations.
The Ambassador of Germany in her turn thanked Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan for reception and assured that she will do her best to give a new momentum to bilateral relations.
Besides the issues regarding the relations between the two countries, the issues of the Armenia-EU cooperation and the regional developments have also been at the core of the discussions of the parties.
