No Armenian citizens aboard ship that sank off Egypt’s coast - MFA

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 25, ARMENPRESS. There were no citizens of the Republic of Armenia aboard the ship that sank off the coast of Egypt, which was carrying tourists of various nationalities.

In response to an inquiry by Armenpress, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Ani Badalyan, has confirmed: ''There were no citizens of the Republic of Armenia on the ship.''

Earlier reports stated that the Sea Story ship sank off the coast of the Red Sea in Egypt, with 45 people on board, including 31 tourists and 14 crew members.
