Poland's ruling party picks Warsaw mayor as presidential candidate

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 23, ARMENPRESS. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk's ruling Civic Coalition has announced Warsaw Mayor Rafal Trzaskowski as its presidential candidate for the 2025 elections, Tass reports.

Trzaskowski secured 74.5% of the votes, defeating Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski, who received 25.25%, in a secure-text vote by KO members.
