Norayr Shoghikyan appointed advisor to justice minister

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 19, ARMENPRESS. Minister of Justice Srbuhi Galyan has appointed Norayr Shoghikyan as her advisor.

Shoghikyan was the Justice Minister’s press secretary at the time of appointment and served during former minister Grigor Minasyan’s tenure.

In a statement announcing his new post, Shoghikyan thanked the press corps and other colleagues.
