YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 15, ARMENPRESS. Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan has met with the President of Hungary Tamás Sulyok.
Speaker Simonyan and President Sulyok discussed the current course of the Armenia-Hungary relationship and the necessary steps to further improve the ties, the parliament’s press service said in a readout.
In addition to discussions around the bilateral relationship, the sides also discussed issues pertaining to the signing of the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty, as well as other issues of regional interests.
Simonyan presented the Armenian government’s Crossroads of Peace project to the Hungarian President.
Simonyan is visiting Hungary on an official trip.
On November 14 he met with his Hungarian counterpart László Kövér.
