Security Council Secretary participates in Future of Democracy forum in Lithuania

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 8, ARMENPRESS. Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, has participated in the Future of Democracy forum in Vilnius, Lithuania. 

In a statement on social media, Grigoryan said he presented the reforms in Armenia.

“During the forum I mentioned the comprehensive democratic reforms in Armenia, stressing its importance for the Armenian government and emphasized its role in contributing to increasing the country’s resilience. I added that the Armenian authorities today continue to advance the process of accomplishment of democracy,” he said.

Grigoryan said he stressed that democracy and security complement and not contradict each other.
