Armenian participation at COP29 so far unconfirmed, says FM

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 31, ARMENPRESS. Armenia hasn’t yet responded to the invitation to the COP29 in Baku, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has said.

“Our participation in COP29 isn’t anyhow confirmed. We haven’t expressed any official response or posture in this issue. Of course, we also don’t rule out, but we must understand what it is about,” Mirzoyan said.

Azerbaijan earlier announced that an invitation has been sent to the Armenian Foreign Minister to participate in the COP29 climate change conference in Baku, Azerbaijan.
