Armenian Genocide international recognition process not Foreign Ministry’s top priority, says FM Mirzoyan

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 31, ARMENPRESS. The international recognition process of the Armenian Genocide is not among the priorities of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has said. 

“The Armenian Genocide international recognition process is not our number one priority,” Mirzoyan said at a parliamentary committee hearing on the 2025 state budget. "Making a number one priority of studying the Armenian Genocide, the holes of tragic history, is certainly not in the agenda of the foreign ministry.”
