Armenian Ambassador to Russia, Head of the Georgian Interests Section at the Swiss Embassy discuss avenues for mutual cooperation

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 30, ARMENPRESS. The Ambassador of Armenia to Russia, Gurgen Arsenyan, met on Tuesday with Mamuka Merkviladze, Head of the Georgian Interests Section at the Embassy of Switzerland in Russia.

The Armenian Embassy in Russia reported on Facebook that the discussions took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, covering issues of mutual interest for Armenia and Georgia.

The Armenian Embassy and the Georgian Interests Section exchanged views pertaining to potential directions for future cooperation. Ambassador Arsenyan also extended his congratulations to Merkviladze on the impressive victory of the Georgian Dream party in Georgia’s parliamentary elections.
