Armenia to take $600 million budgetary support loan in 2025

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 28, ARMENPRESS. In 2025 Armenia will take a $600,000,000 budgetary support loan, finance minister Vahe Hovhannisyan has said.

“We plan to have a 600-million-dollar budgetary support loan, a 500 million dollar Eurobond issuance. All of this will be directed not only at funding the deficit, but also the repayment of the principal amounts of the previous loans,” Hovhannisyan told lawmakers at a committee hearing on the 2025 budget.
