Zelensky announces the creation of a buffer zone in the Kursk region

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 21, ARMENPRESS. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced plans to create a buffer zone in the Kursk region, stating that Ukrainian troops continue to maintain their positions.

"Instead of a buffer zone on the territory of Ukraine, which the Russians planned, we have created a buffer zone near our border on Russian territory," Zelensky said on his official Telegram channel.
