YEREVAN, OCTOBER 18, ARMENPRESS. Armenia's Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov held a meeting in Istanbul, according to "Zhamanak” daily.
On October 18, the third meeting of the "3+3" regional cooperation platform took place in Istanbul. Following the meeting, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced that Russia, Türkiye, and Iran proposed using the 3+3 platform for Armenia and Azerbaijan to finalize work on a peace treaty.
