YEREVAN, OCTOBER 15, ARMENPRESS. President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has reiterated readiness to continue providing platform for the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace talks, his press service reported after the meeting with Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan.

Tokayev’s press office added that the talks with Khachaturyan in Astana also focused on prospects of strengthening cooperation in trade, transportation and logistics, agriculture, financial, cultural and humanitarian, as well as digitization sectors. Regional and international agenda issues were discussed.

Kazakhstan hosted Armenian-Azerbaijani ministerial peace talks in May 2024. Kazakhstan has said it is ready to provide the platform again.
