Lt. general Artak Davtyan summoned by prosecutors in stolen asset recovery case

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 11, ARMENPRESS. Lt. general Artak Davtyan, the former Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, has been summoned to the stolen asset recovery division of the general prosecution amid an ongoing probe. 

According to public documents, the department of confiscation of illegally obtained assets of the prosecution conducted studies in relation to the assets belonging to the Lt. general. 

The Lt. general has been told to make an appearance on October 18. He is entitled to get acquainted with the materials of the case, express a stance and present a declaration of assets.
