Armenia-Russia-Azerbaijan trilateral meeting not planned, says Kremlin

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 8, ARMENPRESS. The leaders of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan will not hold a trilateral meeting in Moscow, the Kremlin has said.

Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold separate meetings with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

“We haven’t reached an agreement about a trilateral meeting,” Putin’s aide Yuri Ushakov has said, according to RIA Novosti. Ushakov said initially there was an idea to hold a trilateral meeting but one of the parties refused it. He said Russia was in favor of holding such meeting.
