Armenian Deputy Speaker of Parliament attends inauguration of new Mexican President

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 2, ARMENPRESS. Deputy Speaker of Parliament of Armenia Hakob Arshakyan attended the inauguration of the new Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum.

The inauguration of Mexico’s first woman president took place at the Legislative Palace of San Lázaro in Mexico City. 

President Sheinbaum then greeted the heads of foreign delegations at her residence. 

On behalf of the Republic of Armenia, Arshakyan conveyed to President Sheinbaum warm congratulations and best wishes, reiterating Armenia’s readiness to further develop relations with Mexico.
