Israel says it has killed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 28, ARMENPRESS. The Israeli military said it killed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah in a strike on the group’s HQ in Lebanon, but so far there has been no reaction from Hezbollah to the claim.

“Hassan Nasrallah is dead,” Israeli army spokesperson Lt. Col. Nadav Shoshani said via social media platform X.

Israel’s Defense Forces (IDF) said Nasrallah, who led the militant group for more than three decades, was killed on Friday as fighter jets conducted what it described as a “targeted strike” on Hezbollah’s headquarters in Lebanon’s capital of Beirut.
