Armenia demonstrated clear political will for signing peace treaty with Azerbaijan and expects reciprocity – FM Mirzoyan

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 24, ARMENPRESS. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has met with Norway’s Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide within the framework of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly in New York City.

“Glad to reconnect with my Norwegian counterpart Espen Barth Eide on the sidelines of UNGA79,” Mirzoyan said in a post on X. “Touching upon regional issues, emphasized importance of using the momentum of building foundations for peaceful & sustainable development in South Caucasus. Armenia has demonstrated clear political will towards signing peace treaty with/AZ, which we expect to be reciprocated.”
