Armenian PM and Luxembourg Deputy PM discuss Armenia-EU relations

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 9, ARMENPRESS.Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the delegation headed by Xavier Bettel, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Luxembourg.

According to a readout issued by Armenian Prime Minister's Office, the Prime Minister welcomed Mr. Bettel's visit to Armenia, noting that it is a good opportunity to discuss issues of Armenia-Luxembourg relations and prospects for further development of cooperation. Nikol Pashinyan thanked for accepting the invitation to participate in the "Yerevan Dialogue" conference.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Luxembourg emphasized the consistent development and expansion of political and economic relations with Armenia. Xavier Bettel emphasized the fact of close dialogue with Armenian partners, expressing belief that bilateral cooperation will be consistently strengthened.

The interlocutors discussed issues related to Armenia-European Union relations, exchanged views on discussions on the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty, as well as other issues of regional and international importance.
