Armenian and Latvian Economy Ministers explore new directions for export and import

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 7, ARMENPRESS. During his visit to the Republic of Latvia, Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan met with Latvian Minister of Economy Viktors Valainis.

According to the Ministry of Economy, the meeting covered several areas of mutual interest. The discussion addressed the prospects for cooperation in various fields.

Both sides emphasized the existing friendly relations between the two countries, which contribute to the ongoing development and strengthening of the cooperation.

The Ministers of Economy of Armenia and Latvia discussed the possibility of finding new directions for export and import.

Both parties expressed hope that the meeting would enhance potential partnership across various economic sectors.

During the visit, Papoyan also met with Secretary of State Ģirts Krūmiņš at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Latvia.

They discussed trade and economic relations between Armenia and Latvia, Armenia's economic diversification, and the expansion of cooperation in various economic areas.
