President Khachaturyan, Kuwaiti Ambassador emphasize the importance of stable regional peace

YEREVAN, AUGUST 30, ARMENPRESS. The President of the Republic of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, received Nawaf Al-Enezi, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kuwait to Armenia, who is completing his diplomatic mission in Armenia.

According to the Presidential Office, President Khachaturyan, while welcoming the Ambassador, praised the work he has done and the efforts he has made to further strengthen Armenian-Kuwaiti relations and the friendship between the peoples of the two countries.

The Ambassador thanked the President for the reception and conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait.
According to the source, during the meeting, the prospects for further developing cooperation between Armenia and Kuwait were discussed, particularly in the fields of economy and tourism.

The possibility of facilitating the entry regime for Armenian citizens into Kuwait was also addressed.

The parties exchanged views on regional realities and developments; both sides emphasized the importance of establishing lasting peace.
